We’re looking for talented street performers to be part of our Christmas Fairs.
Bringing Christmas vibes to local streets
Our Christmas fairs host festive entertainment, extended trading, pop-up stalls, outdoor dining, family activities and community celebrations.
We invite businesses and artisans and street performers to help create memorable experiences for shoppers and visitors.
Stalls are open to businesses and makers from our area and beyond.
The fairs offer a joyful holiday celebration that boosts local visibility, foot traffic and neighbourhood connection.

Key dates
- Glebe Christmas Fair: 28 November, 12pm to 8pm
- Potts Point Christmas Fair: 5 December, 12pm to 8pm
- Surry Hills Christmas Fair: 12 December, 12pm to 9pm
Opportunities for street performers
If you’re a street performer interested in sharing your talents, this is your chance to tell us about you.
All performances must include a Christmas or festive element, whether through costume, music, or act content.
We’ll need to see your website, social media or a video which shows you performing.
This is a paid opportunity. If your application is successful, we’ll contact you to discuss your performance fee.
Eligibility criteria
We welcome interest from:
- musicians and bands
- dancers
- circus performers
- roving entertainers
- children's entertainers
- cabaret performers
- other family-friendly acts.
Political, offensive or religious offerings aren’t permitted.
