What we’re doing

This proposal is to update and transfer an existing planning agreement.

The planning agreement requires the construction and dedication of a new pedestrian laneway, about 355m² connecting Dowling Street and Judge Lane.

The parties have agreed to:

  • update the definition of the approved development so it matches with a new state significant development application
  • transfer the agreement to the new property owner and developer.
