Why we’re doing this

The purpose of the deed of variation to the planning agreement is to change the monetary contributions required under the existing planning agreement.

The deed of variation introduces an extra monetary contribution to the planning agreement, which replaces contributions that would otherwise be payable under section 61 of the City of Sydney Act 1988 and section 7.12 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
