What we’re doing
The deed of variation updates the planning agreement by changing the works the developer will provide. The changes include more street lighting and underground powerlines along O’Dea Avenue. As a result, the developer’s cash contribution will be reduced.
The value of the works provided by the developer will increase, while the cash contribution will decrease. The overall value of the public benefits provided under the planning agreement will remain the same.
