The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application VPA/2020/6.

Location: 12–22 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure land dedication and embellishment works to a through site link extension, creation of an easement for public access to the heritage curtilage and a monetary contribution of $1,022,125.30 for community infrastructure to the Green Square town centre. This includes but not limited to roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
