What we’re doing
The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with development application number D/2025/488.
VPA number: VPA/2025/8
Location: 134–136 Botany Road, Alexandria NSW 2015
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication and embellishment as a footway of land (about 1.5m wide) along the Botany Lane side of the site. It also involves the dedication and embellishment of land (about 5.5m wide) to Transport for NSW for future road widening.
