The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application D/2020/1426.

Location: 20–26 Allen Street, Waterloo NSW 2017
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication of 26.8m2 of land for footpath widening to George Street, construction of a widened footpath and a monetary contribution of $145,305 for community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area. This includes but is not limited to roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
