Why we’re doing this
The planning agreement will secure public benefits associated with the proposed development at 290–294 Botany Road in Alexandria.
Under the agreement, the developer will:
- dedicate 102.8m² of land to widen the footpath by 2.4m
- construct the widened footpath
- provide a monetary contribution of $1,690,047 towards community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area.
