Location: 385 Wattle Street, Ultimo NSW 2007

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the construction of a widened portion of Blackwattle Lane and its dedication as part of the public road reserve. The land to be dedicated is approximately 4 metres wide and 97m2 in area.
