The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application number D2020/562.
VPA number: VPA/2020/8
Location: 5 Ralph Street, Alexandria
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the construction and dedication of a widened footpath of approximately 18 square metres along Beaconsfield Lane.
