What we’re doing
The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application D/2015/929.
Voluntary planning agreement number: VPA/2017/20
Location: 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000
The objective of the deed of variation is to vary the planning agreement to amend the fixed date elements of the due date and call date.
The nature of the deed of variation is to amend the due date to 31 August 2021 and the call date to 30 September 2021. The component of the due date and call date relating to the occupation certificate remains unchanged.
