What we’re doing
The purpose of this deed is to allow the development to be completed in stages and to transfer (novate) the planning agreement to the owners in their role as trustees.
This deed changes the timing for when certain works must be finished. It moves the due date for building and handing over a 1.4m footpath widening on Botany Road, and for creating a 6m public access easement for a through site link, so these are completed before the first occupation certificate is issued for any new building on the future Lot 1.
The deed also formally transfers the planning agreement to the owners and makes clear that they are acting as trustees.
