What we’re doing
Making a proposed change to the planning controls to allow a multi-storey industrial development and an ancillary office at 1–3 Burrows Road, St Peters.
Why we’re doing this
The proposal would increase the maximum building height from 18m to 30m and add site-specific controls for landscaped setbacks, building signs and sustainability in the Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012.
Detailed height, setback, design and sustainability controls are also proposed to be included in Sydney Development Control Plan 2012.
