What we’re doing
We invite your feedback on our proposal to enter into a lease agreement with the Grumpy Baker Pty Ltd for 4 years and 11 months. The purpose of the lease is to permit the use of the kiosk/bus shelter as a cafe.
Part of the kiosk/bus shelter is located on community classified land, which requires public notification.
