What we’re doing
We propose to enter into a licence agreement with an operator to produce a community market in Fitzroy Gardens, Potts Point. The proposal is for a market to run on Saturdays from 7am to 3:30pm.
The proposed community market will be located on community land, which requires public notification.
The proposed licence agreement is from 14 November 2026.
The licence would be offered for an initial 12 months with the option to renew for up to 5 years.
