What we’re doing
We’re proposing to renew a licence agreement with the University of Sydney for the Victoria Park steps (stairs 2/1 Parramatta Road, Camperdown). The stairs provide access from the main avenue in Victoria Park into the university campus.
The proposed licence starts at the end of the public notice period up until October 2046.
The lettable area of lot 1 is shown in the plan of premises.
