What we’re doing
We’re proposing to enter into a licence agreement with the Starhill Hotel, trading as Customs House Bar. The licence will permit the use of outdoor umbrellas in the hotel’s outdoor dining area for 4.5 years.
We’re also currently inviting public feedback on the licence to install the umbrellas.
The land where this outdoor dining is located is classified as community land, which requires public notification.
