Why we’re doing this
Alcohol restrictions in designated outdoor public areas provide NSW police with the authority to confiscate or dispose of alcohol where necessary. These restrictions do not involve fines.
Your feedback will inform a report to Council. If the proposal is approved, these restrictions could be in place for up to 4 years.
