What we’re doing

We propose to renew a lease of an unused portion of 123A Bayswater Road, Darlinghurst, to the occupier of the adjoining property at 123 Bayswater Road, Darlinghurst.

The tenant owns the adjacent commercial/retail property, and will use the leased area for parking and loading.
