The following forms will assist you in preparing your development or other application.

Building Application Forms

The following forms will assist you in preparing for your building application.

* Joint (DA/CC) applications

For development proposals that comply with Council’s Complying Development Controls or the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008, you will need to lodge a Complying Development Certificate Application (refer to ‘Development Forms’ above).  Complying Development applications are fast-tracked as previously applied for ‘Joint DA/CC Applications’.

For development proposals that are not ‘complying development’, a development application must be lodged.  A construction certificate application (to allow building work to be carried out) can also be lodged at the same time when submitting a development application.

 

You can also obtain these forms in person from nearest Council Location. If you would like to pay the application fee by credit card, please download the Credit Card Payment Form.
