Get a stall at Haul in the Hall

You can apply for a stall if you:

• are aged 15–25
• live, work, study or access services in the City of Sydney’s area
• sell pre-loved fashion, accessories, vintage or second-hand goods
• sell handmade or handcrafted items
• support sustainable fashion and affordable pricing.

Items must be:

• second-hand, vintage or pre-loved
• handmade or handcrafted
• priced at $100 or less

Stalls aren’t open to:

• existing shops or charity stores
• fast-fashion resellers (for example Shein or Temu)
• food vendors.

• Free stall
• One trestle table and chair
• Coverage under our public liability insurance

• Set up: 8:30am–9:30am
• Stalls must be ready by 9:45am
• Open: 10am–2pm
• Removal: after 2pm
• The venue must be cleared by 3pm
• There’s no vehicle access to the venue. All items must be walked in and out. Suitcases or wheeled bags are recommended.
• Power not available for stalls

• Stallholders keep 100% of sales and manage their own payments
• Offer more than one payment option where possible such as bank transfer, PayPal or cash
• If accepting cash, bring change
• We encourage reusable bags for customers
• You can bring your own clothes racks and signs
• An indoor event which will go ahead in all weather

• Stall locations are allocated by organisers
• The organisers aren’t responsible for personal property or takings
• Always keep valuables with you
• Priority will be given to applicants connected to the City of Sydney’s area
• We aim to include a variety of stall types. If multiple applications are received for the same category, places may be limited.
• Applying doesn’t guarantee a stall. Successful applicants will be notified directly. A waitlist will be maintained if demand is high.
• We reserve the right to cancel a registration if items do not meet the aims of the market.
