Why we’re doing this
This quietway on Primrose Avenue will create a safe connection for people to visit, travel through and live in Rosebery.
It will provide a quieter road to encourage access for people riding bikes from Epsom Road to Gardeners Road as part of the wider bike network.

What we’re doing
The Primrose Quietway works will include:
- new inroad garden beds and trees
- new angled parking and changes to traffic priority
- new road closures on Spring Street at Epsom Road and on Primrose Avenue at Gardeners Road to reduce through traffic and improve safety for people walking along Epsom Road and Gardeners Road
- new pedestrian crossings at the corner of Crewe Place and Primrose Avenue and at Epsom Road.
No trees will be removed. Parking spaces will be reconfigured throughout the streets with no further loss of parking.
