About this opportunity

The creative live/work spaces grant supports practising professional artists to live in Sydney and practice their creative discipline. It provides space to live and work in central Sydney at below market rent. Tenancies are offered through an expression of interest process as properties become available. This program provides support for up to 2 years.

Occupying a property under this program enables a unique day to day living experience, expanding artists’ networks and enabling new collaborative possibilities.

For this opportunity two 3-bedroom apartments are available. One is above the Waterloo Library, and one is on Bulwara Road in Ultimo. Each property can accommodate a small family or small group of creative practitioners.
