Janet Beirne Reserve upgrade works
A range of great new facilities for the community to enjoy including lighting for safety.
Project Status: Completed
Construction started in April 2014 and the new reserve was officially opened on 18 October 2014.
What we’re doing
The improvements include:
- a new playground in the centre of the park
- relocated barbecue facilities to a new deck area
- new pedestrian entry from Beaconsfield Lane,
- numerous spaces for quiet relaxation and activities
- more trees and shrubs
- improved paths, lighting and seating.
