The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application number D/2025/184.

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure:
- land dedication and embellishment works for a 6m wide laneway on the northern side of the site
- an easement for a 2m wide through site link on the southern side of the site
- a monetary contribution of $1,769,945 for community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
