The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application number D/2025/184.

VPA number: 2023/5
Location: 12–20 Rosebery Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure:

  • land dedication and embellishment works for a 6m wide laneway on the northern side of the site
  • an easement for a 2m wide through site link on the southern side of the site
  • a monetary contribution of $1,769,945 for community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
