The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application number D/2021/1335.

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication of land for a widened footpath, developer’s works to construct the footpath and a monetary contribution of $4,776 towards community infrastructure to the Green Square urban renewal area. This includes roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
