We invite feedback on our draft integrated planning and reporting documents for 2025/26.
We also invite feedback on the draft outdoor dining guidelines that extend current arrangements to 30 June 2027.
Why we’re doing this
To help us meet your aspirations for Sydney’s future, we created documents that support key directions, targets and major objectives in the community strategic plan.
Earlier this year we invited feedback on the refreshed community strategic plan and we’re now reviewing feedback. It identifies the community’s main priorities and aspirations for Sydney in 2050 and guides our long-term development and planning.
What we’re doing
The draft delivery program 2025–2029 covers specific activities, projects and resources required to progress the goals and targets in the community strategic plan.
Our draft operational plan 2025/26 outlines our projects and programs for the next 12 months, including the annual budget, proposed revenue policy for rates, and fees and charges.
The draft resourcing strategy (2025) identifies how we’ll use our resources – financial, workforce, assets and technology – and work with our communities to achieve their vision.
It includes our draft long-term financial plan 2025/26 to 2034/35, presenting our current and future financial capacity to provide high quality services, facilities and infrastructure.
The draft outdoor dining guidelines (June 2025) continue to support outdoor dining in public spaces.

We can’t accept submissions after this time due to legislative deadlines.
