What we’re doing

We invite your feedback on our proposal to enter into a lease with The Trust Company Limited (ACN 004 027 749) and PPFA Bond Services I Pty Ltd (ACN 632 114 008). The lease will cover the area adjacent to Lot 1 DP 628553 and being part of the public road known as 10–20 Bond Street, Sydney.

The lease will formalise the occupation of part of Bond Street by the steps and planter boxes constructed on the northern footpath to provide access to the raised forecourt and entrance to the building.

The proposed lease will start at the end of this public notice period.
