What we’re doing

We’re proposing to lease an unused portion of Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills.

The area is categorised as road reserve and does not use road or footpath space. It is currently fenced off and used by the occupiers of 539 Elizabeth Street.

The previous lease expired in September 2023 and there is no proposal to change the use of the space as parking.

The proposed lease is for 5 years.
