Sign up to have your say on pop-up cycleways

This consultation is open for contributions.

We’re working with the NSW Government to create new spaces for people walking and riding to allow for safer travel between workplaces, schools, health care and the city centre. These include 6 new pop-up cycleway connections.

These important new bike links, will let people ride in more places and free up space on public transport and roads. This will help communities to return to work and local businesses safely, supporting NSW’s economic recovery.

The pop up cycleways are:

  • Pyrmont Bridge Road
  • Pitt Street north
  • Moore Park Road and Fitzroy Street
  • Bridge Street, Railway Parade and Henderson Road
  • Sydney Park Road
  • Dunning Avenue.

We're working to install the cycleways as fast as we can. Unfortunately, this means we can’t consult our communities like we normally do. Before anything becomes permanent we’ll ask for your feedback on the future of these streets.

We encourage you to sign up below to be included in future updates and have your say when we consult on the future of your streets.

Covid-19 response

We’re changing how we consult and connect with our communities in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We know our residents, workers and visitors are focused on social distancing and health and wellbeing, and many are experiencing economic stress.

While how we consult with you may look a little different, we still want to hear from you and provide plenty of opportunities to have your say on the projects and programs that affect you.
