Commercial parties who hire City facilities must have $10 million public liability insurance coverage. Individuals and small community groups can apply to be covered under the City’s community engagement liability policy.

Booking requirements

The library is a non-alcoholic and non-smoking venue.

Hirer must bring:

  • laptop for presentations
  • any catering and catering equipment required

Exclusions and limitations

Table cannot be moved. A student or group of students are unable to book a meeting room if they've already used a meeting room on the same day.
