The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with planning agreement number VPA/2024/4.

VPA number: VPA/2024/4

Location: Explorer Street, Eveleigh NSW

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure a public benefit in connection with the planning proposal for the rezoning of the site. The planning agreement requires the dedication of South Sydney Rotary Park to the City of Sydney as public open space.
