Artist: Stalker Theatre, Creative Dandi and Drifterz Crew
Artwork description

The performance also uses technology that reads body movement and translates it into light projections in a meeting of digital and physical worlds.
A co-production between Australian physical theatre company, Stalker Theatre, Korean vertical performance group, Creative Dandi, and Seoul b-boy group Drifterz Crew. This performance is the Australian premiere.
Frameshift is proudly supported by Create NSW, Australia Council for the Arts, Arts Council Korea, Centre Stage Korea and Australia Korea Foundation.

Creative Dandi inspires modern people living monotonous lives by changing ordinary spaces into universes of art - both for creating and viewing. Connecting vertical dance techniques with urban architecture, Creative Dandi reframes the relationship we have with public space. Creative Dandi has performed at many festivals in Korea such as Hi Seoul Festival, Gwacheon Festival, and Incheon Art Platform Festival.
Stalker Theatre is at the forefront of multidisciplinary theatre practice, using interactive technology and projection fused with aerials, dance and acrobatics to tell stories.
Drifterz Crew is a Korean b-boying crew and hip-hop group that was initially formed in Seoul in 1998. Drifterz Crew became known as the top b-boy team in Korea after winning numerous national and international b-boy battle competitions.
