What we're doing
The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement for the development application number D/2022/1021.
VPA number: VPA/2022/17
Location: 11-15 Collins Street Beaconsfield
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits with the development application for the land.
The planning agreement aims to secure a contribution of $52,928 for community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
