The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with development application number D/2023/388.

VPA number: VPA/2023/3
Location: 12–18 Stokes Avenue, Alexandria NSW 2015

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land. The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication and embellishment of approximately 1,270m² of land for 2 future new roads. The future new roads have been identified in the Sydney Development Control Plan 2012.
