The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application number D/2020/1059.

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure a monetary contribution of $230,109 for community infrastructure for the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
