What we’re doing
The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connecting with development application number D/2022/139.
Location: 164–172 William Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011 and 174–194 William Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the construction and dedication of the new pedestrian laneway of around 355m² connecting Dowling Street with Judge Lane.
