What we’re doing
The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with development application number D/2023/5.
Location: 48 Victoria Street, Beaconsfield NSW 2015
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure a monetary contribution of $8075 for community infrastructure to the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
