What we’re doing

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application D/2024/937.

VPA number: VPA/2025/1

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature and effect of the planning agreement is to secure a minimum 3.5m wide easement for public access to the new laneway in the centre of the development, connecting to Wyndham Street and Wyndham Lane. The easement will be limited in depth to the surface of the laneway, and partially limited in height to a minimum of 4m where the buildings overhang.
