What we’re doing
We propose to grant a licence for a market at Green Square plaza.
The proposal would allow for a market to operate on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Offering high-quality seasonal produce direct from growers and food producers, the market will also provide a platform for cultural vitality, supporting local talent.
The licence would be offered for an initial 12 months with the option to renew for up to 5 years.
The market will support local businesses and a livelier Green Square precinct.
