The mobile food vending vehicles local approvals policy was adopted in 2022 and is due for review.
Local approvals policies must be reviewed after each Council election.
What we’re doing
City of Sydney approval is required to operate a mobile food vending vehicle in the City of Sydney local area. The requirements and conditions that need to be met by operators are outlined in the draft mobile food vending vehicles local approvals policy.
We’ve reviewed the existing policy and made minor edits to improve clarity and readability.
