What we’re doing
Based on your feedback from our earlier this year, we’ve developed a concept design for the space.
Our concept design includes:
- installing children’s play equipment with softfall
- adding nature play area under the fig tree
- building seating and keeping the picnic table
- laying new paving in the park and at the park entries
- installing 2 gates at the park entries
- planting new and upgrading garden beds
- Upgraded lawn.
We’ll relocate the small green ash tree to increase the open lawn area. The existing mature fig tree will be retained and protected during the work.

Why we’re doing this
Over the next 10 years, we’ll upgrade more than 60 parks in our area, from small pocket parks to larger local parks.
We’re asking for your feedback on the concept design. Tell us how you use the space, what works, areas for improvement and ideas for its future.
