What we’re doing
We’re proposing to acquire unit 903 (level 9) and unit 26 (level 13), and car spaces 33, 34 and 39 (basement level) at 309 Pitt Street, Sydney.
The proposal will classify the land as operational land in line with section 31 of the Local Government Act 1993.
The units and car spaces are lots 16, 26, 33, 34 and 39 in strata plan 18382.
