What we’re doing

We’re proposing to enter into a licence agreement with Dragon Boats NSW to temporarily store some of its sporting equipment at 2 Chapman Road, Annandale. The site is part of Lot 1 DP 624729 (Crown Reserve R100127) in Bicentennial Park.

This is a temporary agreement while Dragon Boats NSW’s current storage site is upgraded. The proposed licence would start at the end of the public notice period and end after 2 years.
