Housing for All Advisory Panel

Thomas Chailloux is Head of Policy for Shelter NSW, an independent, non-profit, member-driven organisation that advocates for secure, affordable, adequate housing for all and in particular lower income households.

Paul Coe is the Chief Executive Officer of Birribee Housing, an Aboriginal community housing provider. Birribee is registered as a Tier 2 Provider under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing, operating in regional and metropolitan areas of NSW.

Mark Degotardi is the Chief Executive Officer of Community Housing Industry Association NSW. Based in Redfern, the organisation represents community housing providers across the state including the City of Sydney’s area.

Dr Jessie Hohmann is Professor in the University of Technology Sydney’s Faculty of Law. She is an internationally recognised expert on the right to housing in international law and has worked with a range of NGOs and civil society organisations in Australia and the UK to advance the right.

Leo Patterson Ross is Chief Executive Officer of the Tenants' Union of NSW, the main resourcing body for tenant advice and advocacy services, and a community legal centre specialising in residential tenancies law.

Tara Somerville is a social housing tenant.

Allan Vidor is Managing Director of the TOGA Group, a property development, construction, investment and hospitality management group, as well as the Chairman of TFE Hotels.

Dr Michael Zanardo is a registered architect, urban designer and director of Studio Zanardo. He has been involved in the design of affordable and diverse housing, has in-depth knowledge of housing planning policy and is on the City of Sydney Design Review Panel Residential Subcommittee. Michael is also Associate Professor in Architecture and Housing at UNSW.
