Apply for temporary access and minor works to City of Sydney parks and reserves
Project Status: When you need to do this
We enter temporary access licence agreements with applicants seeking to access and conduct minor work on City of Sydney land.
The type of licence agreement required depends on whether it’s temporary or permanent and the duration required. We assess the application and liaise with the applicant about approval required.
Approval is required to temporarily access our open spaces, including community land, parks and crown land for:
- construction
- vehicle access
- plant and equipment
- maintenance/construction related access
- site investigations.
Don’t use this service for access to roads and footpaths. These require a road opening permit.
