Eaudiobooks have a 2 week loan period, maximum 2 renewals and no overdue charges.

Borrow eaudiobooks straight to your device through our online catalogue or directly from BorrowBox, Indyreads, Libby and Overdrive websites.

Whether you visit us often or use our online resources occasionally, tell us what our libraries mean to you.

There are a few ways to borrow and listen to eaudiobooks.

If you’re a library member and have a smartphone or tablet, you can browse, borrow and read eaudiobooks from these easy to use apps.
1. Download the BorrowBox, Indyreads and Libby apps available for your device.
2. Log in by selecting City of Sydney Library and use your library membership number and PIN.
As a first-time user, you may also need to add some registration details such as an email address.
If you’re a library member you can borrow and listen to eaudiobooks on your computer.

To borrow eaudiobooks using the library catalogue follow these steps.
1. Visit the online catalogue and select join/login/renew at the top.
2. Select the Digital Library tab and choose eaudiobooks.
3. Click on a book cover.
4. Select Download and click on Access eaudiobook/Click to access digital file
5. This will take you to the eaudiobook platform page.
6. Follow the steps to borrow the title.
Computer users can borrow and listen to eaudiobooks using these eaudiobook websites.
1. Visit the BorrowBox, Indyreads, Libby and Overdrive websites
2. Locate an eaudiobook and select the title.
3. Log in with your library card number and PIN when prompted.
4. Follow the steps to borrow the title.
