What you need to do

Log in to Freegal Music
- Visit our music portal.
- Click login in the top right corner.
- Enter your library card number with no spaces and type in your PIN or password.
- Click login.
First time users will be asked to accept the terms and conditions and read a short step-by-step guide.

Find music to stream or download
Search, browse or use the genre tab to stream or download tracks.
- Browse top albums, singles, music videos, most popular, new releases, genres or A to Z.
- Find music through the search box or the advanced search function.

Stream and download music
You can stream or download music with:
- your browser
- the Freegal Music app for Android and Apple iPhone and iPad.
Click on stream now or press the play button to stream music. Save music by clicking on the download button.
Downloads are all in MP3 format and videos are in MP4 format with no digital rights management restrictions.
The weekly download limit is 3 songs a week and 5 hours streaming a day. You can keep track of your downloads in the upper right corner. Music videos account for 2 of your allotted downloads.
