Proposal to enter into a deed of variation to planning agreement relating to VPA/2019/10.

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a variation of planning agreement in connection with the planning agreement VPA/2019/10.
Location: 320–322 Botany Road , Alexandria NSW 2015, 324 Botany Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 & 6–12 O'Riordan Street , Alexandria NSW 2015
The objective of the deed of variation to the planning agreement is to facilitate a change to the timing of the payment of the monetary contribution.
The nature of the deed of variation to the planning agreement is to amend the due date of the public benefits as shown in schedule 3.
The effect of the deed of variation is that the payment of the monetary contribution will occur before the second construction certificate is issued.
