Senior Project Manager - Planning Agreements
Proposal to enter into a variation to planning agreement relating to voluntary planning agreement number VPA/2013/67.

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with:
VPA number: VPA/2013/67
Locations: 377–495 Botany Road, Zetland NSW 2017, 960A Bourke Street, Zetland NSW 2017 & 77–93 Portman Street, Zetland NSW 2017
The deed of variation will split the existing planning agreement into 4 separate agreements, each linked to a specific development site and stage.
